This notice explains how Angler Payments handles information submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you send a consultation request, we collect your name, business name, email address, business type, product interest, any message you choose to provide, and your consent to follow up. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request and discuss Square products for your business. We do not use this form to enroll you in unrelated marketing or sell your information.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored on our hosting server outside the public website directory. A notification containing your request may also be sent to the business contact email. Hosting and email providers process this information to deliver those services. Our server may keep standard access logs. A temporary, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions.

External services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives network information such as your IP address when your browser requests a font. Links to Square take you to Square’s website, where Square’s own privacy practices apply. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You may contact us directly instead of using the form. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask us to stop contacting you, email dylanak20@gmail.com. We retain inquiries as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, unless you request deletion or we need to retain them for an applicable obligation.
